Step-by-Step Breakdown of Our PVC Hose Production Process
Our standardized, highly automated factory workshop operates under strict quality parameters, splitting the manufacturing cycle into four highly controlled phases:
1. Premium Formulation & Compounding
The process begins with our chemical engineering team preparing the optimal polyvinyl chloride (PVC) formulation. We utilize 100% virgin PVC resin granules blended with eco-friendly, non-toxic plasticizers, stabilizers, and specialized anti-UV agents. Depending on the target application (such as high-pressure spraying or food-grade fluid transfer), the material batch is mixed thoroughly to guarantee maximum thermal stability and long-term aging resistance.
2. Precision Extrusion & Layer Forming
The compounded PVC materials are fed into our advanced Single-Screw or Twin-Screw Extrusion Lines.
    • For Clear Tubing: The molten PVC is pushed through a high-precision circular die head to instantly shape the smooth, uniform inner and outer walls.
    • For Reinforced Hoses (Steel Wire & Fiber Braided): The inner PVC layer is extruded first. Immediately after, it passes through an automated spiral steel wire embedding system or a high-speed polyester fiber braiding unit. Finally, a second outer layer of molten PVC is co-extruded over the reinforcement layer, creating a single, inseparable composite structure that resists high pressure and vacuum suction.

3. Controlled Water-Tank Cooling & Laser Calibration
As the freshly formed, hot PVC hose exits the extrusion die, it immediately enters a multi-stage stainless steel vacuum calibration and water cooling tank. Controlled water temperatures freeze the molecular structure of the PVC to lock in the exact desired dimensions. During this phase, inline laser diameter gauges constantly measure the outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness, automatically adjusting line speeds to eliminate manual calibration errors.
4. Tension-Controlled Coiling, Curing, and Testing
Once fully cooled and dried, the finished PVC hose passes through an automated traction device and is rolled into tightly wound coils using our tension-controlled hose winding machines. Samples from every completed batch are immediately directed to our internal testing lab for burst pressure, vacuum suction collapse resistance, and flexibility verification before final packaging.
